Theme for Book Week 2016 is “AUSTRALIA:  STORY COUNTRY”! 

 Date:  August 20-26 (Week 5)

 Tues 23 August 6.00 – 7.00 pm PYJAMA STORY-TELLING in the Library. Bring your family to the Library to hear stories that connect with this year’s theme.

DRESS CODE:  Sleep wear!

 Fri 26 August 9.15  BOOK WEEK ASSEMBLY

Please come to the Gym and join the whole school assembly. Students will be presenting items based on a Book Week book they have worked with in class.

DRESS CODE:  Students can come dressed as something/someone from their selected book. 

 There are a lot of activities already happening in school relating to Book Week. Please talk to your children and get them to share stories with you.
